Sculpture | Assemblage

Collections of antique and unusual objects, tools and gadgets throughout my years of travelling in the USA, SE Asia, Asia, Australia,Africa, Latin America and Europe often form the base of the three-dimentional images. The history, context and/or cultural orintation of the collected objects enhance the stories as they are combined with paint, collage, additonal carvings or an additon of material: wood, stone, clay and plastic. They reflect events and concerns that deserve attention, attention or celebration. Due to my fascination with combining various materials for new meaning, both scupltures and assemblage works are usually devloped with mixed medias.collaborative problem solving,
